johnny just stick with the basics

deadlifts
squats
benchpress

4 sets per exercise

do this 3 times per week,every other day,

eat loads of protein turkey tuna chicken eggs etc

eat like a horse,dont worry about gaining a little fat

this can be burned off later,

just concentrate on getting big

youll soon be bigger than those other guys
