All I will say is this, it is dangerous!
Eating without almost no carbs at all throughout the day is going to damage your health, an this diet encourages it.
I tried it a little while ago and felt so lathargic I had to come off it. Basically you need to have all carbs before midday, and then all protein after that. Or you ould have little carbs for 5-6 days and then binge out on carbs for one day, I find it much better and the body adapts better too! ______________________
