A few of my mates that I train with use various types of steroids. Their work outs seem to last a bit longer when they are on a cycle, I also notice a big increase in the weights that they are using, usually start to notice this within a week.
But as for the exercises that they do, these tend to stay the same.
As for the protein, they seem to take about the same amount, they all eat shit which I think is a big mistake but they don't seem to put on any fat with it, I assume the roids stop that.
This is how they find they get best results but other people could be different, never tried them my self so I can't comment first hand i'm affraid. |
